Following feedback from customers we are pleased to summarise information as follows.

Delivery Cost from 26 November 2008

Due to increasing costs from our couriers we have reluctantly decided to apply a flat rate carriage charge to all orders regardless of order value.

If you require small items and the delivery charge makes your order to costly we have made  the majority of our smaller items available through our eBay shop where delivery is charged based on item weight

For all deliveries the charge is £4.95 Including VAT

These rates apply to areas marked in orange and purple only (zone 1) on the map below. For delivery to areas marked in green (zone 2) and red (zone 3) as detailed below.
Zone 1
England, Wales and parts of Scotland, excluding Highlands and Islands. The zone is made up of all postcodes not mentioned in zones 2 and 3.
Zone 2
The Highlands and Islands of Scotland - postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.
Zone 3
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly -postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25.
Customers in zones 2 and 3 please contact us first for delivery cost. 

As a guide the following surcharges apply for shipment via Royal Mail Sandard Parcels.

Package Weight upto 2Kg. No Surcharge

Package Weight 2~ 4 Kg.  Surcharge £3.00 + VAT

Package Weight 4~ 6 Kg. Surcharge £4.00 + VAT

Package Weight 6~10 10Kg. Surcharge £6.00 + VAT

Package Weight 10~20Kg. Surcharge £9.00 + VAT

BFPO
We are able to ship most items to BFPO addresses via Royal Mail International Parcels. BFPO shipping regualtions limit the size of parcels we can ship and it is not possible to ship some items in our range are to BFPO addresses. These include all direct delivery items 

At present we are able to deliver outside of the United Kingdom via Parcel force International. 
As prices vary dramatically from Country to Country please e-mail us prior to placing an order if you are outside of the UK

Delivery Method

Deliveries are made either via Post with Recorded Delivery, with a courier service as appropriate to the size and weight of the package or via Royal Mail Standard Parcels if the delivery postcode is ouside the orange and purple delivery zones  (zone 1) above.

Delivery Times 

Delivery time is normally between 8.00am and 4.00 pm. We cannot be more specific than this. If you require specific delivery times please contact us and we will do all we can to accomodate. In the event of there being no one present to accept delivery a card will be left to allow you to make arrangements with the courier or Royal Mail. For large items we will allways try to contact you prior to dispatch to ensure the delivery can be made.

Returns
