Festivals 2 Story Poster Pack

This brilliant pack contains four stunning full colour, laminated A2 posters designed to explain the story behind four different religious festivals including Christmas, Easter, Wesak and Vaisakhi. 

The posters feature colourful illustrations depicting the story on one side and large text telling the tale on the reverse, making them ideal for reading aloud for large or small groups of children.   They are laminated for extra rigidity and durability and make excellent classroom displays to support these popular festivals. 

The set comprises:

Christmas ~ written specially for 3 to 6 year olds the poster tells the enduringly popular story of the first Christmas and encourages children to join in or re-tell the tale themselves.
Easter ~ The reverse of this poster tells the Easter story, about Jesus’ life on earth, His death on the cross and His resurrection.
Vaisakhi ~ This poster tells the story of the Sikh Spring Festival, about how Guru Gobind Singh tested the faith of thousands of Sikhs, and explains the meaning of the Five Ks, worn by all Sikhs.
Wesak ~ On the back of the poster there is a retelling of the story of the Birthday of the Buddah, which tells how Prince Siddhartha sat under the Bodhi tree until he experienced Enlightenment and became the Buddah

The pack contains 4 x A2 full colour posters which measure approx. 594mm x 420mm (23.4"x16.5")  and are supplied rolled for transit purposes in a postal tube.
